1 | Fix the valve in a vise with lead or aluminum protectors in clamping jaws | ||
2 | Remove cylindrical screw (1), retaining ring (2), muffler body (3), and muffler discs (4) | Remove the retaining ring with aid of a suitable plier. | |
3 | Remove exhaustion guide (6) and its seal ring (5) | Use a suitable plier. | |

5 | Disassemble piston 17, remove retaining ring (7), piston (9), washer (12), spring (13), and valve body (15) | ||
Remove seal ring (8) from piston (9) | |||
Remove seal ring (11) from valve body (15) | |||
Remove seal rings (16) and (18) from piston (17) | |||
6 | Release nuts (47) and remove screws (19), cap (46), and seal ring (45) | Assemble: Tighten nut (47) with specified moment of tightening. | |

7 | Remove pistons (43) and (44) and remove seal ring (42) from the pistons | Apply slowly compressed air at gantry 42 to remove the pistons | |
8 | Remove seal ring (26), adjusting screw part set (31), and spring (33) | ||
9 | Disassemble the set adjusting screw (31) by removing washer (27), seal ring (28), reduction ring (30), and seal ring (29) | ||
10 | Release and remove adjusting screw rod (37) | Fix piston (40) in suitable device and use 6 mm Allen wrench. | |
Remove seal ring (38) from adjusting screw rod | |||
11 | Remove piston (40) and from it remove seal rings (39) and (41), spacer (35), spring (36), and seal ring (28) | ||
12 | Remove retaining ring (26) from adjusting screw (31) and remove washer (27) and flange (34) | ||
13 | Remove diaphragm (22) from valve body (20) and remove seal ring (21) from diaphragm | ||
14 | Remove retaining ring (23) and return piston (22) | ||
Remove seal ring (24) from return piston (22) | |||
| Clean up | ||
15 | Clean up the components and check parts regarding wears | Use suitable products to clean up the rubber and plastic components, because the use of inappropriate clean products can damage them. | |
Set parts should be replaced every disassembly. | |||
| Assemble | ||
16 | Assemble return piston (22) in valve body (20) and lock it with retaining ring (23) | Use a new seal ring (21). | |
17 | Assemble diaphragm (25) inside return piston (22) | Use a new seal ring (24). | |
18 | Assemble in adjusting screw (31), flange (34), washer (27), retaining ring (26), spacer (35), seal ring (28), spring (36) and piston (40) with new seal rings (39) and (41) | ||
19 | Assemble adjusting screw rod (37) with a new seal ring (38) and tighten it with specified moment of tightening | Rod recess (37) should combine with roller (32). | |

20 | Assemble washer (27), reduction ring (30), with a new seal ring (29) and seal ring (28) in adjusting screw (31) | ||
21 | Assemble spring (33) and insert adjusting screw set (31) inside diaphragm (25), install washer (27) and lock it with retaining ring (26) | ||
22 | Assemble piston (17), valve body (15), spring (13), washer (12), and intermediate part (10) and lock it with retaining ring (7) | Use new seal rings (18), (16), (14), (11), and (8). | |
23 | Assemble in valve body (20), piston parts set (17), exhaustion guide (6) with a new seal ring (5), muffler discs (4), muffler body (3) and lock it with retaining ring (2) | ||
24 | Assemble cylindrical screw (1) in muffler body (3) | Tighten lightly the screw in muffler body because it is a plastic part. | |

25 | Install the valve in test stand to test and adjust it | Remove cylindrical screw (1), insert a 6 mm Allen wrench to adjust the valve and when finishing it, reinstall the cylindrical screw tightening it lightly. | |
