3 | Remove piston (7) with seal ring (6) assembled | ||
4 | Remove bush (5), spring plate (3), and spring (2) | ||
5 | Remove seal ring (4) from the housing and seal ring (6) from piston (7) | ||
| Clean up | ||
6 | Clean up the components and check parts regarding wears | Use a suitable product to clean up rubber and plastic components, otherwise they can be damaged. | |
Set parts should be replaced every disassembly. | |||
7 | Assemble in reverse order | ||
| Test | ||
8 | Install the quick coupling nozzle in bench and perform a test | Quick coupling nozzles with red and yellow cap manufactured by Knorr. |
