Remove/install

 Danger!

Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury caused by brake fluid coming into contact with skin and eyes.

Pour brake fluid only into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid.

Collect discharged brake fluid in a suitable container

Detach rear wheels

Check color markings of threaded connections for respective brake line

Unscrew threaded connection of left/right rear brake line (2) at left/right wheel brake cylinder (1)

 Installation: Do not damage the threads when positioning the threaded connections as the resulting chippings could cause the entire brake system to fail.

 Installation: Make sure that the brake line is not bent, is routed correctly, does not leak and does not rest against the rear axle.



Install new left and right rear brake line (2)

Remove bolts (3) from left and right wheel brake cylinder (1)



Detach left and right wheel brake cylinder (1)

 Seal the connection using a suitable plug.

Clean brake anchor plate using brake cleaner

Install in the reverse order
