1 | Remove front axle brake pads | ||
2 | Remove front axle brake caliper | ||
3 | Remove housing (3) | ||
4 | Remove stop plug (1) | ||
5 | Remove bellows (4) from housing (3) | ||
6 | Remove guide sleeves (6). | ||
Assemble | |||
7 | Install guide sleeves (6). | Use new cylinder head bolts (5). Do not tighten cylinder head bolts yet. | |
8 | Insert bellows (4) into housing (3) | Coat inside of bellows with grease provided. | |
9 | Slide brake carrier (7) into housing (3) | Coat guide sleeves and guide bores with grease provided. Check bellows are correctly seated on guide sleeves. | |
10 | Install housing bridge (8) | Use new cylinder head bolts (2) | |
11 | Tighten guide sleeves (6) through housing bores | | |
12 | Install stop plug (1) | ||
13 | Install front axle brake caliper | ||
14 | Install front axle brake pads |
