	Repair
1	Remove the brake caliper		AR42.10-B-0090B
2	Extract the guide pins (10)
3	Remove the fanfold guard (3)
4	Check for corrosion on the set screw		AR42.10-B-0200-02B
5	Replace the fanfold guard (6) of the set screw		AR42.10-B-0200B
6	Replace the sealant of the adjustment mechanism hex (9)	Install with the aid of an appropriate mandrel.
		 Mandrel	*055589431500
7	Remove the guide pin sleeves (2) from the brake caliper (1)		AR42.10-B-0400-01B
		Replace all sleeves, even if only one shows the maximum allowable wear.	*BE42.10-B-1001-03A

		Mandrel to remove and install the guide pins sleeve.	*055589421500
8	Install the guide pins sleeve (2) on the brake caliper (1)	Install the inner sleeve with the aid of a mandrel and its adapter.	AR42.10-B-0400-02B
		Distance from the inner sleeve of the guide pin to the surface of the brake caliper.	*BE42.10-B-1002-03A

		Distance from the outer sleeve of the guide pin to the surface of the brake caliper.	*BE42.10-B-1003-03A

		Mandrel to remove and install the guide pins sleeve.	*055589421500
9	Install the fanfold guard (3)	Make sure that fanfold guards are evenly seated and show no bending on the slots of the brake caliper channels.	AR42.10-B-0400-03B
10	Lubricate the sliding surfaces of the guide pins (10) and install them by fitting the fanfold guards onto their channels	The longest guide pin is located at the bottom (inlet side of the brake), and the shorter pin is located at the top (outlet side of the brake).

11	Install the brake caliper (1)		AR42.10-B-0090B
12	Install the holder with the brake caliper		AR42.10-B-0600B
