Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.

Separate front half of propeller shaft (1) and rear half of propeller shaft (2) from sliding piece connection

 Installation: Coat splined profile with Molykote grease and fit propellershaft halves together: 

Pull rubber boot (4) off front half of propeller shaft (1)

 Installation: Replace damaged rubber boot (4), paying attention to the correct seating.

Pull off rubber mount (7b) together with grooved ball bearing (8)

Check rubber boot (4), rubber mount (7b) and grooved ball bearing (8) for wear and damage, replace if necessary

Install in the reverse order
