Remove
1 Loosen jam nut of adjustment screw.
2 Remove adjustment screw from rear axle housing.
The sliding block will fall into the rear axle housing and should be removed as soon as possible.This is why the adjustment screw should be turned no more than 2 revolutions when performing adjustments.

Installation
3 Use multipurpose grease to adhere sliding block (1) to ring gear.
4 Rotate ring gear until hole in sliding block (1) aligns with hole of adjustment screw (3) in rear axle housing.
5 Coat adjustment screw (3) with sealant.
6 Screw in adjustment screw (3) until sliding block (1) abuts against the ring gear. Reloosen adjustment screw (3) by a few degrees of angle such that the axial play (dimension 'X') of the sliding block (1) does not exceed the specified value.
7 Tighten locknut (2).
