5 Bracket (on right side of vehicle for vehicles without code (483) ADVANCED AGILITY package,
to left side of vehicle for vehicles without automatic headlamp range adjustment or without code (483) ADVANCED AGILITY package)

 	Remove/install
 Danger!	Risk of injury caused by pinching or crushing when working on springs or spring bodies that are under tension	Use only approved tensioning devices; shield off hazard area if necessary. 	Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts		AH00.00-N-0001-01A
		While working on the rear axle care must be taken to ensure that the surfaces of aluminum components do not get any scratches, cracks and notches. Otherwise the service life of the of the parts will be reduced.
1	Secure vehicle on vehicle lift		AR00.60-P-0100T
2	Remove left or right wheel		AP40.10-P-4050V
3	Tension left or right rear spring	 Do not use an impact wrench.	AR32.20-P-0200-06CW
		 Tensioning device	*202589023100
		 Clamping plates	*211589036300
4	Detach torque strut (2) from wheel carrier and put upwards	 To do so, use a transmission jack on the wheel carrier (3) (arrow) and raise rear axle half far enough to enable the bolt (4) to be pulled out.

5	Detach camber strut (1) from wheel carrier		*BA35.20-P-1004-02A
		 Retainer wrench	*202589001000
6	Remove bracket (5) from rear axle carrier and place to one side	 On right side of vehicle for vehicles without code (483) ADVANCED AGILITY package. On left side of vehicle for vehicles without automatic headlamp range adjustment or without code (483) ADVANCED AGILITY package.
7	Detach camber strut (1) from rear axle carrier		*BA35.20-P-1001-02A
		 Box wrench	*129589010300
8	Install in the reverse order	 Installation: Only tighten bolts and nuts of the chassis components in the curb condition.
