Turn key in ignition lock (electronic ignition switch control unit) to position "0"

Remove left cover below instrument panel

Unlock and remove front cover (1)

The front cover (1) is engaged at three points (arrows) in the rear cover (2). To unlock, lift up the notches (2a).

Unclip voltage distributor (CAN) (3) on the front cover (1) and take out the front cover (1)

Unlatch and remove rear cover (2) from the pedal assembly (4)

The rear cover (2) is engaged at four points in the pedal assembly (4). To unlock, open the catch webs (2b).

Install in the reverse order
