Remove fan unit

Unclip lower air duct segment and separate radiator package

Detach oil lines (2, 3) at thermostat (5) and seal using suitable stop plugs

Unclip oil cooler (1) from radiator support (4)

 Installation: Ensure that oil cooler (1) in radiator support (4) is seated correctly.

Remove oil cooler (1) downward



Check

Check oil cooler (1) for damage and replace if necessary

Install in the reverse order

Check and correct transmission oil level

Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.
