1 Left oil cooler line (return flow)
2 Right oil cooler line (feed)
3 Double clamp
7 Screw

1 Thoroughly clean area around separation point at hydraulic system.
Even the smallest dirt particles in the hydraulic components can lead to malfunctions and a total failure of the transmission.
2 Remove bolt (6) from cylinder crankcase.
3 Detach clamp (5) and remove oil cooler lines (1, 2) from rubber guide.
4 Remove bolt (4) and remove double clamp (3) from the oil cooler lines (1, 2).
5 Remove bolt (7) from transmission.
6 Pull right oil cooler line (2) out of transmission and seal line connection and oil hole in transmission with stop plugs.
To prevent damage and leaks, do not bend or kink oil cooler line (2).
Installation: Replace O-ring of oil cooler line (2).
7 Remove bolt (8) from transmission.
8 Pull left oil cooler line (1) out of the transmission and seal line connection as well as oil hole in transmission with stop plug.
To prevent damage and leaks, do not bend or kink oil cooler line (1).
Installation: Replace O-ring of oil cooler line (1).
9 Install in the reverse order.
