1 | Remove clutch body (1), friction ring (2), cone ring (3) and synchronizer ring (4). |
2 | Remove retaining ring (7) using pliers. |
3 | Remove sliding sleeve (5), thrust pieces (8) and blocking pieces (6). |

18 | Remove synchronizer body (25), synchronizer ring (24), cone ring (23) and friction ring (22) from 2nd gear idler gear (21). |
