Remove the gearbox (72)

 Select the procedure according to the cabin or accessibility.

Put the gearbox (72) in the assembling device (73) and position the gearbox (72) in the vertical

Remove the counter shaft brake (2) from the gearbox (72)

Remove the balance washer (4)

Remove the seal ring (3) and the O-rings (7)



Install

Determine the compensating washer (4) washer for the counter shaft

 With the compensating washer (4) adjust the counter shaft play.

Install the new seal ring (3) and the O-Rings (7) in the gearbox (72)

Install the compensating washer (4) determined in the counter shaft brake (2)

Install the counter shaft brake (2) in the gearbox (72)

 The oil lubrication grooves (arrows) in the brake disc (8) must be aligned.

Remove the assembling device (73) from the gearbox (72) and put the gearbox (72) in the horizontal

Install the gearbox (72)

 Select the procedure according to the cabin or accessibility.
