Remove/install rear section of transmission housing

	Remove
1	Remove the coupling flange		AR26.40-B-2475-03B
2	Remove the pneumatic pipes of the planetary group's actuation cylinder		AR26.18-B-0001A
3	Remove the planetary group's actuation cylinder		AR26.18-B-3100C
4	Loosen the bolts (1) and their washers (2)
5	Lift-off the cover (3) with the “O” Ring (4)
6	Disassemble the compensating washer (5) from inside the planetary group housing (6)
7	Pull the pulse crown (7) and, securing the cover (3) in a vise lift-off the pulse sensor (8)	When securing the cover (3), utilize protections on the vise jaws
8	Lift-off the seal (9) from inside the cover (3)
9	Remove the planetary group		AR26.31-B-3100C
	Installing
10	Install the planetary group		AR26.31-B-3100C
11	Assemble the pulse sensor (8)		*BA26.40-B-1010-01C
12	Assemble the seal (9) in the cover (3)	The depth of the seal (9) in the cover (3) is obtained utilizing the adequate special tool

13	Lightly lubricate the “O” Ring (4) and install it in the groove of the cover (3)	 Replace the “O” Ring for a new one
14	Assemble the pulse washer (7), with its rim pointing to the gearbox
15	Install the compensating washer (5) on the outside face of the bearing of the planetary group (6) housing	Before carrying out this operation, determine the correct thickness of the compensating washer (5).	AR26.45-B-0015-06A

16	Assemble the cover (3) of the pulse sensor and fasten it through the bolts (1) and the washers (2)		*BA26.40-B-1012-01C
17	Control the distance between the pulse sensor (8) and control the distance between the same and the pulse washer (7)	Distance between the pulse washer and the pulse sensor	*BE26.30-B-1004-01D
