2 | Unplug electrical connector (1) at range module (A91). | ||
3 | Detach compressed air line (6) at range module (A91). | With "VOSS 230" compressed air connector | |
4 | Remove valve block from retarder | Only carry out on vehicles with performance-optimized Voith retarder. | |
5 | Remove range module (A91). | Installation: Replace the O-rings (4, 8) and coat with synthetic grease. | |

6 | Detach seal ring (5) from shift piston (7) | Installation: Pack space between the two sealing lips with synthetic grease. | |
7 | Install in the reverse order | ||
8 | Teach in gear control (GC) control unit using Diagnosis Assistance System (DAS) |
