Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.
Do not pour transmission oil into beverage bottles.

Remove

Remove gearshift system.

Remove retainer ring (5).

Remove shims (6).

Counterhold splitter box cylinder (7) with a rag and apply compressed air to bore (A).

Remove splitter box cylinder (7).

Remove O-rings (8) from splitter box cylinder (7).



Install

Determine shims (6) for splitter box cylinder (7).

 Use suitable extractor and suitable counter stay.

Install new O-rings (8).

 Coat O-rings (8) lightly with grease.

Synthetic grease 50 g

Install splitter box cylinder (7).

Install determined shims (6).

Install retaining ring (5).

Install gearshift system.
