Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.
Do not pour transmission oil into beverage bottles.

Remove

Remove transmission positioner.

Remove splitter box actuating pin (4).

Remove screw/bolt (1).

Remove gearshift system (2).

Remove seal (3).

Remove sleeve (5).

Remove grease from bearing point in transmission housing front section (A).



Check

8

Check gearshift system (2), splitter box actuating pin (4) and sleeve (5) for damage and wear.

If wear or damage is detected:



Replace corresponding component.

Check guide pin (6) for damage and wear.

If wear or damage is detected:



Replace guide pin (6).

Install

Install sleeve (5).

Fit new seal (3).

Coat bearing point in transmission housing front section (A) with grease.

Synthetic grease 50 g

Install gearshift system (2).

 Insert gearshift system (2) into guide pin (6), shift rods (7) and bearing point in transmission housing front section (A).

Screw in screw (1).

 Screw, gearshift system to front section of transmission housing

Install actuating pin of splitter box (4).

Install transmission positioner.
