2 O-Ring (89,5 x 3)

	Remove
1	Remove the retarder	 Only vehicles with code (BA9), secondary Voith R 115 retarder

2	Remove the compressed air tubes at the control cylinder (3)	With the compressed air connection system "VOSS 230".	AR42.10-B-0900TA
		With the "VOSS 232" (NG 8, 12) or "SCHÄFER SDF" compressed air connection systems (NG 6).	AR42.10-B-0900TC
	Indications on compressed air connection systems		AH00.18-B-0001-01A
3	Put the control piston (5) in the position "low”	Pressurize the connection of the control cylinder's "low" position (44).
4	Remove the control cylinder (3)
5	Remove the O-rings (2, 4 and 6)
6	Remove the sealing ring (1) from the control piston (5)
	Install
7	Install the new sealing ring (1) in the control piston (5)	Install:Smear with synthetic grease the cavity between the two sealing lips.	*BR00.45-B-1021-06A
8	Install the O-Ring (4) in the gearbox	 Smear the O-ring (4) with synthetic grease.	*BR00.45-B-1021-06A
9	Pu the O-Ring (2 and 6) on the control cylinder (3)	Smear the O-Rings (2 and 6) with synthetic grease. Install the O-Ring (6) up to the stopper.	*BR00.45-B-1021-06A
	Sealing in the range group control cylinder or in the altered splitter group module		BT26.18-B-0001-01A
10	Install the control cylinder (3)		*BA26.18-B-1006-01B
11	Install the compressed air tubes	With the compressed air connection system "VOSS 230".	AR42.10-B-0900TA
		With the "VOSS 232" (NG 8, 12) or "SCHÄFER SDF" compressed air connection systems (NG 6).	AR42.10-B-0900TC
	Indications on compressed air connection systems		AH00.18-B-0001-01A
