Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection.

Detach viscous fan clutch (1) together with fan (2) and intermediate piece (4) at fan drive (7) and take down and out

Installation: Viscous fan clutch and fan must be mounted upright for at least
1 hour before being installed.
