2 | Remove the bottom acoustic encapsulation from the chassis | ||
3 | Let the coolant drain | ||
4 | Remove the bottom coolant hose (10) from the cooler (1) | ||
Warning | Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted | Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure it with the safety strut. | |

6 | Remove the red (16) and black (13) air hoses of turbocharger | Installation: The red (16) and black (13) air hoses of turbocharger should not be confused. Only the red air hose (16) of supercharger is heat-resistant. | |

7 | Disconnect the electric connector from the coolant level switch (B6) | ||
8 | Remove the electrical cables (3) from the coolant expansion reservoir (2) and from the coolant hose | ||
9 | Remove the coolant hoses (4, 5, 6) from the coolant expansion reservoir (2) | ||
10 | Remove the coolant line (14) | ||
11 | Unscrew the nuts (15) from the clamp and remove the clamp | ||
12 | Unscrew the screws of the cooler mounting bracket (12) on the left side and push the cooler (1) forwards | ||
13 | Remove the clips (7) from the fan shroud (8) | ||
14 | Remove the fan shroud (8) from the cooler (1) by the left side of the chassis | ||
15 | Remove the fan (11) from the electromagnetic fan clutch (9) | Fan in the electro-magnetic clutch | |
16 | Install in reverse order |
