Risk of injury caused by body parts being jammed and crushed when tilting cab

Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab during tilting. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure with the safety strut.

Installation: Tilt the cab back after the leak test has been conducted

Drain coolant

Partially drain coolant.

Disconnect electrical line (2) on coolant level switch and expose

Remove coolant hoses (3, 4, 6, 7) on expansion reservoir (5)

Remove coolant hoses (1, 6) on coolant pipe (8)

Remove hose clamps on coolant pipe (8), unclip coolant pipe (8) and remove

Unscrew nuts from expansion reservoir (5) and remove screws

9

Flip out retaining lug (arrow) from expansion reservoir (5) and remove expansion reservoir (5)

10

Install in reverse order
