Remove top charge air pipe (1)

Remove engine trim panel (15)

Remove poly V-belt

Swivel poly V-belt tensioning device (3) in clockwise direction

Installation: move into initial position.

Unbolt coolant pump belt pulley (4)

Detach coolant hose (5) and heating water hose (6) at coolant pump housing

Remove generator (7)

Turn vibration damper (8) until the recess provides access to the bolt attaching the generator carrier.

Remove generator carrier (9)

Remove charge air hose (10) at bottom

Unbolt coolant pump housing (11) and remove together with coolant pump (13)

Replace gasket (12) and clean sealing surfaces

Unbolt coolant pump (13)

Replace gasket (14) and clean sealing surface

Install in the reverse order
