4 | Remove the pulley (3) from the water pump (4) | ||
5 | Remove the bracket (19) from the intake manifold and the aftercooler manifold | ||
6 | Disconnect the connector (13) from the coolant thermostat | ||
7 | Remove the link housing (9) from the head | Remove/install connection piece of coolant pump to cylinder head | |
Installation: Replace the gasket (10). | |||

8 | Remove the connection piece (12) | Installation: Replace the connection piece (12). | |
9 | Remove the hose (20) from the water pump (4) | Collect the fluid. | |
Check the conditions of the hose (20) and its brackets. If necessary, replace the parts. | |||
10 | Loosen the lines (16) from the water pump (4) | Collect the fluid. | |
Installation: Replace sealing rings. | |||
11 | Remove the screws (5, 6) and remove the water pump (4) and the gasket (14) | Installation: Replace the sealing gasket (14). | |

12 | Properly clean the contact surfaces between the block and the water pump (4) | ||
13 | Install in reverse order | ||
14 | Check the coolant level | ||
