Remove poly-V belt

Detach refrigerant compressor (A9) and fasten it on the vehicle underfloor with the connected refrigerant lines

Remove bolts (10) and remove bearing bracket with guide pulley (9) from carrier (7)

For vehicles with code (B01) ECO Start Stop function without code (580) Automatic air conditioning without code (581) Comfort automatic air conditioning

Remove bolts (1, 2) on carrier (7)

Lower alternator (G2) until the attached liness are accessible

Disconnect electrical connector (8)

For vehicles with code (B01) ECO Start Stop function

Disconnect circuit 61 connector (D+) (3) at the alternator (G2)

Detach the protection against accidental contact (5), unscrew the nut (6) and remove the electrical line (4)

Take out alternator (G2)

Install in the reverse order
