Separate the connector (4) from pump module (2)

Cut the connector (4) from the wiring harness (1)

Insulate the cable ends and attach on wiring harness SCR (5).

Make a new wiring harness (1) for the pump module (2)

Prepare wiring harness for pump module

The electrical harness length (1) to be prepared depends on the distance between the pump module (2) and the control module of the chassis (6).

Connect the new wiring harness (1) to the pump module (2), and route it along the SCR wiring harness (5) up to the control module of the chassis (6)

Remove the control module from the chassis (6)

Refer to the body makers instructions.

Connect the new wiring harness (1) to the socket (7) of the control module of the chassis (6)

Connect wiring harness of pump module to SCR frame module control unit

If the socket (7) is corroded, it has to be replaced.
