Remove/install

Switch off ignition.

Expose electric line (2) and disconnect from exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) differential pressure sensor (B621).

Remove screw/bolts (3).

Remove exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) differential pressure sensor (B621).

Installation: Check sealing rings (4 for damage; replace EGR differential pressure sensor (EGR) (B621) if necessary.

Clean sealing surfaces on the exhaust gas recirculation line (1) and on the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) differential pressure sensor (B621).

Install in the reverse order

Calibrate exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) differential pressure sensor (B621) with the diagnostic device.

Start engine and perform an engine test run.

Allow the engine to run at a higher engine speed.

Switch off engine.
