 	Remove/install
1	Disconnect battery ground line		AR54.10-G-0003B
2	Tilt cab		AR60.80-G-0005B
3	Remove wiring harness at intake air preheater for the charge air pipe (1)	With code (M89) Intake air preheater
4	Remove charge air pipe (1, 2) along with charge air hose (3, 4)	 Seal hole at turbocharger and at oil filter housing (12).
		 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and install new gasket. Do not mix up the charge air hoses (3, 4). The red charge air hose (4) is temperature-resistant and must always be installed between charge air pipe (2) and charge air cooler.
5	Remove suspension strut (5) for rear right rear cab suspension
6	Detach compressed air line (6) at engine brake cylinder
7	Remove injection line for exhaust aftertreatment system	Engine 902 except 902.935	AR14.40-G-2001B
		 Installation: The injection line must be replaced after every removal.
8	Remove shield (7)
9	Slacken clamp (8) and detach flexible exhaust pipe (9) at engine brake flap connection (10)	 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces, check clamp (8) for wear, replace if necessary.

10	Unscrew nuts (11)	 Installation: Install new nuts (11).

11	Take engine brake flap connection (10) off turbocharger (12)	 Push flexible exhaust pipe (9) to the side.
12	Remove injection nozzle for exhaust aftertreatment system	Engine 902 except 902.935	AR14.40-G-2000B
		 Only if engine brake flap fitting (10) was replaced.
13	Install in the reverse order
14	Read out fault memory and erase	 Stored faults which may result from wires being disconnected or from simulation during assembly or testing have to be processed and erased in the fault memories after completing the work.	AD00.00-G-2000-04B
