

Replace all self-locking nuts and bolts

Danger!

Risk of injury to anyone getting jammed and trapped under the tilting cab.

No person must be within the tilting range of the cab when the cab is tilted. Always tilt cab all the way into the end position and secure with safety prop.

Remove noise encapsulation panels

Remove exhaust manifold pipe (1)

Installation: Clean connection points at exhaust manifold and at exhaust manifold pipe.

The stamped arrow on the exhaust manifold pipe must point in the direction of the exhaust plenum chamber pipe.

Install exhaust manifold pipe free of stress.
