 	Removing, installing
1	Remove radiator unit together with front end		AR20.20-D-3870A
2	Remove spring tensioning lever (5) and tensile spring (6)	 Pay attention to installation position: Insert tensile spring with colored coding facing up	AR13.25-D-3200-01A
3	Remove poly V-belt		AR13.22-D-1202B
4	Unbolt shock absorber (2) at cylinder head		*BA13.25-N-1003-01B
5	Take off end cover (9) and unscrew bearing pin (10) from tensioning lever (11)	 Clean thread in timing case cover and at bearing pin with activator (free of grease)
		 Installation: coat thread of bearing pin (10) with sealant 	*BR00.45-Z-1110-02A
		Before fitting tensioning lever (11) onto the bearing pin (10): - Pack annular space between bearing bushes in tensioning lever full with grease - Coat contact surfaces of bearing bush with grease	*BR00.45-Z-1001-06A

6	Remove tensioning lever (11) with shock absorber (2) and belt tensioning pulley (15) attached	Installation: pay attention to washer (12)
7	Detach shock absorber (2) at tensioning lever (11)	 Installation: before installing a new shock absorber, this should be bled by operating piston rod several times in installed position Installed position: piston rod facing down

8	Take off end cover (13) and detach belt tensioning pulley (15) at tensioning lever (11)		*BA13.25-N-1001-01B
	Inspecting	Inspect all components for condition and wear, replace if necessary
9	Install in the reverse order
