5 Solenoid valve (only with code (M89) flame starting system FLA)

6 Charge air hose (red)

7 Nut

8 Flame glow plug (only with code (M89) flame starting system FLA)

9 O-ring

10 Clip

11 Coolant line

 	Remove/Install
 Danger!	Risk of injury caused by being caught or pinched as cab is tilted	Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure with the safety strut.	AS60.80-Z-0001-01A
1	Tilt cab

2	Remove red charge air hose (6)	 The red charge air hose (6) is temperature-resistant and must always be installed between charge air pipe and charge air cooler .
3	Remove charge air pipe (1) at charge air manifold
 Danger!	Risk of explosion caused by ignition of flammable products, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling fuel vapors or swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to skin and eyes exposed to fuel.	No fire, sparks, open flames or smoking. Pour fuels only into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.	AS47.00-Z-0001-01A
4	Detach solenoid valve (5) with bracket	 Only with code (M89) flame starting system (FLA)
		Collect escaping fuel.
5	Detach coolant line (11) at charge air pipe (1)	 Do not remove coolant line (11).
6	Remove charge air pipe (1)	 Seal holes at turbocharger.
		 Installation: Install new O-ring (9).
7	Install in the reverse order
