1 Slacken hose strap (1) at turbocharger intake pipe (2).
2 Unscrew nuts at flange (3) of flap connection (5) at turbocharger (4) .
Push exhaust flex pipe (6) slightly to the side when removing and installing.

3 Detach oil pressure line (7) .
Installation: Before connecting the oil pressure line, fill bearing housing with clean engine oil through oil inlet hole. When doing this, turn the rotating parts by hand so that the bearings are provided with a film of oil.

4 Detach oil return flow line (8) .
Installation: Inspect whether connection hose and hose clamps can be re-used, install new parts if necessary.

5 Slacken both bolts (arrows) at charge air cross pipe (9) of charge air pipe .
6 Unscrew nuts at flange (arrow) and detach turbocharger from exhaust forked pipe.
Installation: Install new nuts.
7 Install in the reverse order.
