Remove charge air hose (130/1)

Traces of oil, slight quantities of oil in the charge air hose come from the crankcase ventilation and are permissible.

Installation: Clean connection points with a cleaning agent.

Charge air hoses or pipes may come off during operation if the connection points are not clean.

attach the charge air hose with a spring segment - hose clips, see

Catch oil, replace seals,

check O-rings, replace if necessary

Remove turbocharger (110)

Install in the reverse order

Inspect oil level, adjust to correct level if necessary
