2 | Loosen connectors (1, 2) | ||
3 | Remove charge air pipe (3) at intake manifold and place to one side | ||
4 | Detach vacuum hose (14) | ||
5 | Loosen clamps (16) and remove corrugated tube (15) | ||
6 | Detach connector (4, 6) from holder (13) | ||
7 | Remove hexagon head bolts (5) and remove holder (13) | | |
8 | Detach coolant hose holder (11) | ||
9 | Unscrew all injection lines (7) from injection nozzles | Do not bend injection lines | |

10 | Unscrew Allen head bolts (8) and remove lifting eye (9) | Loosen bolts (8) evenly | |

11 | Remove intake manifold (10) | ||
12 | Remove gasket (12) | Installation: Replace seal (12), | |
13 | Install in the reverse order |
