Remove nozzle holder combination (1)

 Mark the nozzle holder combinations (1) on the top part of the nozzle holder relative to the cylinder concerned.

Fill ultrasound cleaning equipment (2) with cleaning fluid and heat up to
60 °C

 Pay attention to operator's manual from equipment manufacturer. Dilute the cleaning fluid in the ratio of 1:2 with water
(0.5 ltr. of cleaner + 1.0 ltr. of water).

Insert hollow cap (3) in ultrasonic cleaning device (2), place nozzle holder combinations (1) vertically in hollow cap (3) and switch on ultrasonic cleaning device (2)

The nozzle holder combinations (1) must be reinstalled in the same engine immediately after cleaning. The nozzle holder combinations (1) will otherwise become unserviceable due to corrosion. This can result in engine damage when the engine is started.

 Pay attention to safety precautions of equipment manufacturer.

Install nozzle holder combinations (1)

 Pay attention to markings on nozzle holder.

Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

Start engine immediately after installing nozzle holder combinations (1) and run

 Crank engine with starter for no more than 20 seconds. Wait at least for about 2 minutes before repeating attempt at starting.
