1 Unscrew the terminal piece (1) with the stopper retainer (2) from the removed chain tensioner
2 Take the filler pin (3) and the pressure spring (4) out of the chain tensioner box
3 Take the bolt (6) with the lock spring (5) out of the chain tensioner box (7) pressing forwards
When loosening the chain tensioner, the bolt (6) slides forwards due to the pressure placed on it by the pressure spring (4). The lock spring (5) prevents the bolt from being pressed back into its starting position when installing the chain tensioner.
4 Proceeding backwards (arrow), insert the bolt (6) with the lock spring (5) flush in front with the chain tensioner box (7).

7 Screw the terminal piece (1) into the chain tensioner box (7) with the new stopper retainer (2) and tighten with the relative grip torque.
Grease the stopper retainer (2) in order to prevent it from moving during installation (oil leaks).
