 	Remove/install
1	Remove cylinder head covers		AR01.20-P-5014L
			*BA01.20-P-1001-01E
	Checking
	Timing	Inlet	*BE05.20-P-1001-02F
		Outlet	*BE05.20-P-1002-02F
2	Position engine to 30° after ignition TDC of cylinder 1	 Crank engine at crankshaft in direction of rotation of engine until 30° marking on belt pulley/vibration damper is aligned with marking on timing case cover.
		 Engine must not be cranked back.
3	Check basic position of camshafts	 The basic position of the camshafts is only correct if both holding devices (5) can be mounted free of tension on the left and right cylinder head. Marking (A) of camshaft bearing cap (2) must be aligned with marking (B) on camshaft (3).
		Holding device	*137589014000
		If this is not possible: 
		Set basic position of camshafts	AR05.20-P-6020L
4	Install in the reverse order

 Crankcase ventilation, cylinder head cover

Check values for timing
