2 Internally serrated bolts

3 Poly-V-belt

4  Cranking and blocking device

 	Remove/install
1	Remove radiator		AR20.20-D-3865D
2	Remove viscous fan clutch		AR20.40-D-5660D
3	Loosen and remove poly-V belt (3)		AR13.22-D-1202D
4	Install cranking and blocking device (4) for engine at timing case		AR03.30-W-1600-03A
			*904589046300
		 Block cranking and blocking device by inserting pin.
5	Unscrew internally serrated bolts (2) and take off vibration damper (1)	 Internally serrated bolt M14	*904589001000
		 Internally serrated bolt M16	*904589011000
			*BA03.30-N-1002-01C
6	Measure length of shank of internally serrated bolts (4)	Internally serrated bolt M14	*BE03.30-N-1001-02B
		Internally serrated bolt M16	*BE03.30-N-1002-02B
		 If shank length is exceeded
		Replace internally serrated bolt.
7	Install in the reverse order
