Remove/Install

Open engine hood and raise to vertical position

Remove air cleaner housing (1).

Pull oil dipstick (2) out of oil dipstick guide tube

Unscrew bolts (3a, 3b).

Remove front engine cover (3) toward top

In order to avoid scratches and damage, the front engine cover (3) must be put down onto a padded base.

Insert oil dipstick (2) into the oil dipstick guide tube.

In order to avoid parts and impurities penetrating the oil dipstick guide tube.

Install in the reverse order
