Check the tie rod ends for play one by one

To do this, pull and push firmly by hand in the axial direction of the ball pin. If the play exceeds the maximum approved tolerance, replace the tie rod ends (write up on separate invoice).

Check rubber boots (4) for damage and check for firm seating at contact surfaces.

Carefully check to make sure that the entire surface of each rubber boot and the folds are undamaged.

Do not replace damaged or leaking rubber boots. Replace the tie rod end or complete tie rod assembly as indicated (write up on separate invoice).

Check tire tread

Visually inspect tire tread for even wear If wear is uneven, adjust toe-in and camber
(as a separate order).
