Remove cover for ball neck mounting.

Remove ball neck (1) from vehicle

If ball neck (1) and ball neck mounting are dirty

- as a separate repair order:

Clean trailer hitch with detachable ball neck.

Check diameter of coupling ball (arrows)

The ball neck (1) must no longer be used if it measures less than the minimum size.
