1 | Put an appropriate container under the pump module so that you can collect the split liquid. | ||
2 | Remove filter bowl (8) | ||
3 | Remove the sealing ring (7) | ||
4 | Remove the antifreeze protective membrane (6) | ||
5 | Remove filtering element (5) and sealing ring (4) | To remove the filtering element, slightly rotate and pull downwards. | |

6 | Install the breather nipple (11) | In case of acquisition of a new filter housing (8) where the breather (11) is provided separately | |

press the breather into the filter housing hole until you hear the characteristic click as the part engages. | |||
7 | Apply a layer of AdBlue on the sealing ring (4) in the filter element (5) | ||
8 | Install the filtering element (5) | Attach the filtering element (5), with the sealing ring (4), through the pin (3) and press to the thrust;. | |
9 | Place the antifreeze protective membrane (6) through the filter element (5) on the filter body (2) | The filter body groove (2) must be clean and free from foreign bodies. The sealing edge (9) should fit correctly along the groove on the filter body (2). | |
10 | Apply slip product around the sealing edge (9) | Always use the prescribed spray as anti-friction product. This prevent damages in the exhaust gas after-treatment system. | |

11 | Apply the anti-friction product in the thread of the filter bowl (2) | Always use the prescribed spray as anti-friction product. This prevent damages in the exhaust gas after-treatment system. | |

12 | Place the sealing ring (7) in the groove provided in the filter bowl (8) | The groove should be free from dirt and foreign bodies. | |
13 | Install filter bowl (8) and tighten to prescribed torque | Slightly lubricate the thread (10) of the filter body (2) with silicon grease. | |
