1 Slacken clamping bolts (17) and lower fuel tank (18).
2 Route cable harness (8) in the direction of the arrow with the connector end for the trailer coupling socket above the fuel tank.
If necessary use a suitable hook of welding wire to pull the cable harness through.

3 Route cable harness (8) between frame and brake line (arrow A) and attach with cable tie (arrow).
Do not tighten the cable tie yet.

4 Push on rubber seal (19) for cable and connect cable harness to trailer coupling socket (14) according to contact assignment diagram.

5 Screw outer cable terminals (5-13) to the slotted screws through the bores (arrow A) and inner terminals (1-4) to the slotted screws (arrow B).
