Assemble the gauge (2) in the bracket with magnetic base (1)

Attach the bracket (1) to the differential assembling housing flange

Turn the ring gear several times (3)

Thrust the feeler end of the gauge (2), with previous stress, in the ring gear flank and adjust the play screwing and unscrewing the threaded rings (4) with the squared spindle .
Measure the play of the teeth flanks in three distinct points in the ring gear.
