Remove door liner on rear-end door

Remove bracket (1) on protective tube (2).

Perform only on left rear-end door

Disconnect rear-end door CL motor connector (M14/7x1)

Perform only on left rear-end door For this purpose, unclip connector from connector housing. Remove cable tie from wiring harness (3).

Remove cable from connector housing.

Mark installation position of cable.

Installation: Observe marking on cable.

Remove wiring harness (3) with protective tube (2) from rear-end door.

Perform only on left rear-end door

Installation: Ensure that wiring harness (3) is routed correctly and rubber grommet (4) is seated correctly.

Remove pin (6) from door check strap (7)

For this purpose, remove retainer (5).

Installation: Check retainer (5) and pin (6), replace if necessary

Support rear-end door to be removed with crane and hoisting device.

Remove bolts (8) on lower door hinge from corresponding rear-end door.

Remove bolts on upper door hinge from corresponding rear-end door.

Carefully remove rear-end door.

Install in the reverse order

Adjust rear-end door
