1 | Remove combination switch | ||
2 | Remove center section of instrument panel | ||
3 | Remove center air nozzle | Installation: Install glove compartment and ignition lock cover only after installing instrument panel center section. | |
4 | Remove vent hoses (69a) from left and right air nozzles in instrument panel. | ||
5 | Remove connection fittings (69b) from heater housing. | Separate cable strap (69c). | |
6 | Unscrew fuse box carrier (F1, F2) from instrument panel. | Removal: Unscrew screws (94a) and fold carrier (94) downward. | |
7 | Unscrew headlamp range control cover (67a) from instrument panel (25) | Do not unscrew headlamp range control from cover (67a). | |
Do not open headlamp range control, do not remove lines. | |||
8 | Remove instrument panel mount from heater/AC housing (25a) | Unscrew screws (f) | |
9 | Remove instrument panel | Unscrew instrument panel screws from firewall (g) and instrument panel screws from mount (h). | |
To prevent damage to the passenger compartment, remove instrument panel carefully with helper, do not kink lines of headlamp height adjustment. | |||
10 | Install in the reverse order |
