Risk of injury to skin or eyes caused by hydraulic fluid spraying out under high pressure. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing hydraulic fluid

Depressurize hydraulic system completely before starting any work on system. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses.

Drain and collect hydraulic oil from hydraulic oil reservoir of work hydraulics system

 Use a clean container to collect the oil.

Remove engine trim panel

Remove air filter housing with air intake hose

Detach all connectors from solenoid valves (1)

 Identify location of electrical connections relative to the solenoid valves (1).

 Installation: Observe marking of connectors.

Separate connector (2)

With code (H61) Snow plow relief

Detach all hydraulic lines (3) from valve block (4)

 If necessary, where access to the connection fittings or hydraulic lines (5) is poor.

Seal off open connections to prevent dirt from entering.

Remove bolts (6)

Remove valve block (4)

 With the help of a second person. Do not damage connections of solenoid valves (1).

 Installation: With the aid of an assistant.

Do not damage connections of solenoid valves (1).

Check connection fitting on valve block (4) and connection fitting for signs of damage, replace if necessary

 If the valve block (4) is replaced, the connection fittings must be modified or replaced in the event of damage.



Install in the reverse order

Fill work hydraulics system with hydraulic oil
