2 Install the pinion assembly in its housing with the help of a plastic head hammer
Insert, in the taper roller bearing, the plastic bushing utilized at removal, to prevent bearing damage. The bushing will be expelled when installing the pinion assembly. Strike the assembly until the threaded ring touches the front face of the housing
