Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. | |

2 | Remove outlet nipple (1) from coolant pump (8) | Remove bolts (3) for outlet nipple (1) to coolant pump (8). | |

3 | Remove coolant thermostat (11) | Installation: The arrows on the coolant thermostats (11) must point upwards otherwise malfunctions of the coolant thermostat (11) can occur. | |
Installation: Slightly grease sealing ring on coolant thermostat (11). | |||
