 	Remove/install
 Danger!	Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 1	Drain coolant	 See MTU operator's manual
		 Installation: Fill coolant reservoir. Observe MTU Specifications for Operating Fluids when doing this otherwise the engine can be damaged.

2	Remove outlet nipple (1) from coolant pump (3)	 Remove outlet nipple (1) bolts on coolant pump (3).

3	Remove coolant thermostat (5) together with sealing rings (4)	 Installation: The arrows on the coolant thermostats (5) must point upwards otherwise malfunctions of the coolant thermostat (5) can occur.
		 Installation: Grease new sealing rings (4) with ATE grease and lay in place.	*BR00.45-Z-1014-06A
4	Install in the reverse order
