Danger!

Risk of explosion if ignition takes place, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling fuel vapors or swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to skin and eyes exposed to fuel.

No fire, sparks, naked flames or smoking.
Pour fuels only into suitable and appropriately marked containers.

Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.

Detach fuel feed line (2) and fuel line (3) at predelivery pump (1)

Pay attention to use of locking arm.

Collect escaping fuel.

Installation: Replace seals (4).

Detach predelivery pump (1)

The predelivery pump (1) must not be opened.

Installation:Clean sealing surface, replace seal (6).
Ensure that the driver of the predelivery pump (1) engages in the camshaft (arrow).

If the predelivery pump (1) is replaced, it must first of all be filled with fuel. Rotate pump shaft when filling.
